Bonderite C-MC 240

A solvent-free, thixotropic, acidic, environmentally friendly liquid based on formic acid and free from methylene chloride, phenols and chromates.
Can be applied to both horizontal and vertical surfaces.
Can be used safely on brick, steel, aluminium and titanium. Magnesium and HHT-steel parts must be protected before applying the stripper.
Very economical, requiring considerably less product than when using paint strippers based on methylene chloride.

Instructions

Apply undiluted with a brush, roller or non-micronising sprayer.
Let a thick layer of the product soak for a sufficient amount of time. When applied in a thin layer, there is a risk that the product will not work properly.
Use a brush or cloth to increase the product’s ability to remove graffiti.
It is recommended to remove paint residue with scrapers before rinsing.
The required stripping time will be anywhere between 4 and 7 hours, depending on the paint system and the working conditions.
